I got insurance through this company but then cancelled the sam day because I found a cheaper company, they ran my debit card that day but it was declined because of insufficient funds, that was fine because I didn't have the amount of money in my account. Like I said, I found a cheaper company so I cancelled my policy .

Well this company waited until I had the money in my account a week and a half later after this policy was cancelled, then ran my card again without my consent and drained my checking account. I asked to return my money, and they said they would but I have to wait 3-10 days for the money to be returned. Well it didn't take 3-10 days to take my money, so why am I having to wait this long for them to return my money?

Now I have bills to pay but can't pay them because I am waiting on this company to refund my money. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and also the Consumer Reporting Agency!
