My first clue should have been to say no when I was asked if I'd received my info in the mail, etc. etc. You have to answer "yes" to 10-15 questions, or you get kicked back to the "agent" who was Antonio Delpoza (supposedly) who would tell me to "just say yes so you can get through the questions." I got one email welcoming me with a fake ID/password that won't work on their website. I got a packet with info on the life insurance (it was a "package deal), but I didn't get the info or a health ID card. Just today, I talked to "Julie," Jonathan Davis, & left 2 messages on another phone. I was put on hold numerous times, & the last time, I actually heard the phone land on the cradle when she hung up on me. I'm working with my bank to get the money back. My bank has told me to close my account b/c they they have ALL of my bank info & only do electronic checks, so . Gotcha!!
My husband got caught by this. We ended up paying out $4917.32 for a 12-month short-term accident policy with a $2500 deductible - and I wasn't even included on the policy. Oh boy. Even though the policy period said it was effective until 2/26/15, they continued to...Read more

They have been taking $39.99 out of my bank account for a year and a half. The card I was sent was for Aetna Access. When I called the number on the card, they have no record for me. My bank says it is SMIG who is debting my card monthly. I have filed a fraud complaint...Read more

Your best bet is to cancel your bank card. I tried to disputed the charges but the bank could do nothing and I could not contact SMIG.Read more

These people have been deducting out of my account for a while I thought it was a prescription deduct but its not i can't get in touch the Friendswood Texas number is not a working number I need to find out how to stop this deduct I didn't agree to
